heyheyhey.
its been a reallyreally long time since I posted HERE.
so here I am, posting because a certain someone asked me to blog.
someone by the name GLORIA TAN LI JIA (x

so lets see.
today is thursday, the third thursday of the holidays.
which is also the last day of school for my cousins.
I alwaysalways have a plan to finish all my homework
before my cousins end school,
somehow, it has never been accomplished.
I'm unaccomplished :/

tomorrow's STREAMING results.
lets see, I'm feeling jittery.
I hope they post it on the website early.
So I can go get my books on Saturday.

I'm having second thoughts about choosing triple science,
and everyone is saying that I'll get triple for sure.
So, I'm feeling reallyreally stressed now.

So, if I get in, I have to reallyreally work hard.
especially on my elect geog. if I get it
cause, I have no other humanities to fall back on.
and plus, I have to work extra hard on my english
and continue working hard on maths&science&chinese.
I will have to learn to like social studies.

okay, so this the end of my post here.
I'll post as soon as I get my results of streaming
together with my EOY results if I feel like it.
or maybe I should just post it noww.

as you can see, I'm really happy for my chinese.
I am very happy I am nhot taking LITERATURE next year.
I should have done better for ih then my overall would be better
and I could get another A.
but, I'm happy all the same (:

So, as you can compare with my previous post from dontknow when,
the one with my midyear results, I improved quite abit,
including level and class positions.
I'm 9th in class and level,
well, most probably, cause my class occupied the first dontknowhowmany slots in the level?
I could have done better though,but there's always next year :D

I think I might just copy this whole entry and paste it in my LJ.

This is week has been great/bad.
YOU decide for ME
I went for swimming sunday morning.
though it was drizzling.
swimming was so darn tiring.
we swam like what?
50laps x 50m = 2.5Km
thats worse than 2.4Km
OKAY. BOTH SUCK.
then when it was all over, the coach was like
"STILL ALIVE?" ((X
As though he expected me to give up.
its not like I could right?

watched mighty ducks on starmovies.

then it started pouring heavily.
just great isnt it? NOT.
well it would be great if you didnt like TENNIS.
I LOVE TENNIS.
except those times when I didnt play well.

sundays suck if I dont have tennis.

yesterday I had to go to school
the last instalment for leadership training.
EFFECTIVE EVENT PLANNING.
I was teamed up with the SEC4 GB girls.
they ROCKMYSOCKS. (:
they were really nice, funny and all.

Then I went to ORCHARD.
the best place to be in SINGAPORE.
I splurged alot. I think.
I bought like 2 books @kinokuniya.
which came up to like $48?
the I went to bookbinders
looking for a really nice notebook
to put all my lovely NEOPRINTS.
stuff there is like supersuper EXPENSIVE.
there was this book that I wanted to get
it was like $29.90.
so we decided to go to ART FRIEND to have look.
I found a really nice one which cost like only $12.50
thats like $17.00 cheaper.
so I bought it and I went to bookbinders again
to get this really nice nice nice RUB ON thing.
its supersuper cool. GUESS WHAT?
its like $9.50 lah.

all the stuff that I bought yesterday,
is like my early early birthday presents(:
including the LUNCH OR DINNER @ seoul garden
that I am planning to have. ((:

OKAY. I need to go and finish up my HOMEWORK.

I think I am eating too much.

I have been busy and slacking at the same time.
busy on monday and tuesday for the NUS high camp.
now I am back to slacking mode.

I practically wasted the whole of last week,

today is the last day of term2.
it also signifies the start of the JUNE holidays
which I am very happy about.
even though I'll be super busy.

american idol results show was yesterday.
super cool lah. they had a new thing.
IDOL AWARDS.
then they had idol awards for best impersonation.
michael sendaki(?) he impersonated clay aiken
during the auditions.
they invited him to sing and while he was singing,
clay aiken appeared from behind of him.
and he was like dumbstruck.
his expression is so funny.

I like CLAY's new STYLE.
he is my american idol.
he looks so matured now according to my mum.
a pity they didnt interview him.

today we had mass cleaning of th classroom.
I cleaned the windows with jeannette.
we cleaned and cleaned.
it looks super clean now.
we clean until so nice also no use.
we wont be using the classroom anymore.
we are changing classrooms! NOOO.

I have been super slack lah.
so far, I have missed 3 days of school
including today. and WHY?
because I am down with FEVER.
FEVER sucks. it makes me restless
and I just laze around and not have any energy to do anything
except to watch TV and sleep.
went to the doctor again yesterday
did a blood test to make sure that it was JUST fever
the doctor tried to get blood from my arm.but he couldn't
so I had to go to the LAB to get blood from my FINGER.

today's the half day thing.
and there is music today.

HEYY. it's been a really long time since I last blogged.
I just dont seem to like to blog anymore.

I'm stuck at home with fever, cough and flu.
my throat really hurts. ALOT.
worse still I have tuition later. CHINESE.

things have not really been working out well lately.
especially guides. they shouldnt have made me I/C.
I have so much things to do and
I dont have any time for dance.
I was supposed to stay back yesterday to do dance
but then I couldn't take it so I went home.
so thats why I am super super dead.
we are supposed to show the seniors the dance tmr
and I am going to be in deep shit.

school sucks now. really sucks.

it's time to reflect on 2005.
there is 7 hours left of 2005
then it will be 2006.

this year has been eventful.
I took up tennis,
I made new friends,
I turned 13,
I was allowed for the first time in my life:
go out with my friends.
I took my first neoprint with my friends.

well, 2005 has indeed been eventful.
2005 has also many unforgettable memories.
like natural disastors. lots of disastors.
there has been many deaths in 2005

lets hope and pray that ext year would be one where
there are less disastors so that we can live in peace
and enjoy God's creations :)

my reflections:
I think this year has been an eye-opened for me.
I started secondary school thinking that it is very fun.
but I have proven it otherwise.
there is so much things to do and there is a limited time
so this year has been very rush.
everything is so"rushy"

my resolutions for 2006:
get into the tennis team,
work very hard to archieve good results
to get in the triple science and Amaths class.
improve my time management and try not to procrastinate.
and most of all, make my parents proud of me in everything I do :)
THAT would be my greatest archievement.

I'M extra super ultra uber HAPPY.
I bought that NIKE jacket that I have been looking for (:
its so NICE (:

went to wisma for dinner last night.
then went down to hte nike shop at paragon to check
to see if they have that jacket.
then they didnt have anymore stock.
we were told that theere was a new nike shop at cineleisure
so werushed all the way to orchard cineleisure and allthe way up
when we went there there was no more left.
I was like so DEVASTATED.
then retreated down feeling all grumpy.
then we decided to try the world of sports shop.
at first I didnt see it. something made me search the back.
then I FOUND IT.
so happy lahh.
and then there was a discount so it was only $74.65.
OMG super happy lah.
I reached home and left about 5 mins of LOVE CONCIERGE.
RU YI found out that JIEKUAN is the young boss of the hotel.
OMG tonight's show is going to be nice.

in the night. I went to suntec for dinner
then after dinner, went to shop
they were having late night sale.
I got a adidas waterbottle.
the new design.I was hesitant
but my mum wouldnt allow the old design w/o cap
so I took that one.
went to nike tried looking for that jacket.
then I found it!! I was so happy lah.
then I found out that they only had large left.
I tried it on.my mum said it was ok.
so we asked for a new piece.
they said that it was the last piece.
super devastated lahh.
then my mum said all these kind of sale is a hoax
they probably have that jacket in their store.
they just wanna get rid of all display items :(

today I had tennis. we were playing halfway
then it started to pour HEAVILY.
was devastated again.
because the next lesson was only on NEW YEAR'S EVE
we were going to have a break for the christmas season.

well. went to childcare with mum

played SPEED.
it was fun to play after so long
glad I still have not lost my touch (:

then went out again
this time to POPULAR
went to the orchard one(my favourite outlet)
bought quite a number of books
my mother asked me to go and pick the books myself
and then I took all those based on this years experience
there is quite a few nice books
then went to the stationary section and got lots of pens
everything I took was all black.
except one green colour eno pencil.
then I found a packet of limegreen coloured paper(:
so I bought it and a pack of limegreen envelopes
ahhhh. my addiction/fascination with limegreen(:
seriously. next time I think I'll paint my room limegreen
then we went to NEWTON to eat dinner.
then came home and played abit of computer.

went to childcare again.
did more science notes and some grammar exercises
then played a few games. slept awhile then woke up
couldnt sleep long. it was too cold. brrr.
then me and carissa and weili played speed
the rest were still sleeping.
so we played until they woke up
so at first we were playing alone.
then we were joined by jeremy,brian,guan yuan
there was like 5 boys playing
against us 2 girls. me and carissa
then we played UNO.
championship.whoever loses that round is out.
then carissa was out after the first round
leaving me the only girl playing.
then the boys they schemed against me
they made me draw like a whole deck of cards.
then I had the discard card for the 4 colours.
then I asked guan qi if I could game.
then she said so loudly.
ME : -whispers- if I have all the discard cards,
I can game right?
GUAN QI : -loudly- YES! YES CAN GAME!!

so thats how the boys knew that I was going to game
so they conspired again! so in the end I still managed to
end second.(:
that was one crazy experience for me.
I learnt a lesson:
never let boys sit next to one another when playing UNO.

it was so funny lah.

well, I managed to finish my tuition homework
I realised I got all the answers
because my sec1 teacher gave me the notes
I think that sec2 topics (math) is fun!
its really interesting

well, I have decided to start doing my notes
and prepare for the next year
which is 2006 when I'll be sec2

it was just like yesterdae I collected my PSLE results
and I am going to be sec 2 already
I need to do well in EVERYTHING I do nxt year
cuz it will determind whether I get into the triple science class or not
because my GOAL is to get into the triple science and A math class

reached keppel club at around 8.55am
we registered then we ran round the courts
as a warm up.
then we were divided into groups.
I was in the same grouop as andre!
whee.
charlene was in a different group
because she was 7yrs
she was with the younger participants.
Me and andre were using the outdoor tennis courts
charlene was using the indoor tennis courts
that wasnt fair.
we had to practice in the hot sun
well it wasnt that hot I guess.
we practiced our groundstrokes
forehand and backhand
then we played king/queen of the court
then it started to rain.
now, I am inclined to think
that I like backhand better.
I cant decide.

HELP ME

we watched madagascar after lunch
the room in which we were watching in was
FREEZING
serious. by the time I came out,
my teeth was chattering.
then we did volleying.
then we continuess our game of king/queen of the court
I died early.
because I hit out of the court
then it was teabreak

the month of november is coming to an end
thats BAD.
it means I only have a month or so to finish my hw
and I still have ALOT.

yesterdae's tennis was funn.
we practiced our serving.
the bounce the ball one.
though I prefer the throwing the ball in the air service.
thats nicer.
I tink I'm better at that.or not.
but I prefer that.
I aim to hit it hard
so that it will make that sound
like the sound my coach makes when he does that kind of serve.
wheeee. it's nice.
I hit HARD.

but sometimes I lose my momentum
then I will hit SOFT.
yesterdae we practiced alot on backhand.
I feel that I am getting better at my backhand.
so much so that I'm actually starting to like it :)

and asked me to hit balls.

cuz P5 michelle joined my class for awhile
so I had someone to talk to.
Its like when I have settled down and started to bond
and get to know my new found friends,
its time to change class or transfer.
this sucks.really it does.

shes just very nice to everybody.

tats the problem with me.
I dont adapt quickly to my surroundings.
It actually takes me awhile to adapt.
I can adapt to teachers.
But I dont like to change teachers
the thing is when I have to change teachers,
I have to get used to the new teacher.
like its like I have gotten closer to mrs lee.
and then I have to change teachers.
it always happens to me in tuitions.
but it never happens when I am in school.
I guess its because I know most of the people.
either they have been in the same class as me before
or they were from the same primary school/
so having a friend in the same class as me always helps.
I am gonna change class next week oready.
its going to be the start of a new term.
and I am pretty sure that the class is not going to consist
of only girls like my present science class.
part of me wishes it to be only girls and
the other part of me doesnt want it to be like that.
I am used to be surrounded by girls.
thats natural seeing as I came from a girls school.
and I am in a girls school now.
well.one thing is for sure.
I am going to miss all of my friends from this years class
I will always remember the thursday class.
it seems to me that I am much closer to my tuition classmates
than I am with my school classmates.
I guess maybe its because we see one another everyday.
whereas I only get to see my friends from tuition like only once a week
and if I miss class, I have to go for replacement class.
and I cant get to see them.
thats wat happened to me for the past two weeks.

I missed my tuition on the last 2 thurs.because of guides.

and I cant say that I am not going because I have tuition.
the seniors will probably make fun of me

thats why I fear having to change teachers and classes.
I am especially fearful of my new maths teacher.
I worry that he or she will not be like mrs lee.
mrs lee has taught me lots.

shes a wonderful teacher.
I am sad that shes not taking the sec2 class.
well I guess everyone is sad.
she takes the effort to make time to teach me the stuff that I dun understand
and she would actually take the effort to go early and teach me
and it has been numerous times she has let me go back
for extra lessons.like the day before I have tests or if I miss
a part of the chapter.
like todae I am going early so that she can teach me what I missed.
I am what I am today because of her.
she has helped me to archieve good results in maths
and I am extrememly grateful to her.
I am not afraid to speak up when I am in her class.
she's that kind of teacher that will care for her students.
she always make sure that we know what she is talking about before she moves on.

just came back from camp.
two words: tired,exhausted

day one 17th nov 2005 - Friday

arrived at school at around 7 plus
it was poring heavily.
that was bad.
then the seniors made us
unpack and pack everyting in our bag
over and over again.
it was to test our SPEED.

then we had to pitch our tents
we did it in like an hour plus.
thats bad :(

then we had games.
it was funn
we played with shaving cream
it was nice

afterwards we got ready
for dinner - outdoor cooking.
it was funn
my group rocks.
we started the fire fast
and our group was the best
we cooked nice food.
haha
maggie mee and lots of other stuff.
we ate baked beans too
and some other canned stuff.

then we had shower time.
I bathe FAST.

then we had this night trail thing
genenieve organized this.
it was so scary
there was different places we had to go to.
then there was this sec 4 class room.
it was all alighted with candles
my group members and I were terrified.
because almost every station
there was someone there to scare us
so we were like so scared to go into the room.

switch on the lights.
in the end,
there was NO ONE.
we slept at 11pm

todae we woke up at about 630
then we had to do exercise.
we ran around the school like thrice.
so damn tiring

had lunch
and the we got ready for the amazing race
we were joined by the hwa chong scouts.
were supposed to go to pulau ubin
but last minute they told us that
it was a race around singapore.
wheeeee.
first stop was shaw house
then we headed to the airport.
it was a long ride
the station was nice.
then we headed to IKEA
where we had to do a penalty
cause we didnt fing sumthing
we had to sing twinkle twinkle stars infront of a crowd.
that was embarrassing.
then we headed for chinatown.
after we finished our task there,
we had to go back to school.
we were running out of time.
the bus was PACKED
we were like sardines
typical evening on a typical bus.

we missed by one mark to get first

todaes monday.
yesterdae was sunday.
yesterdae's tennis pretty much boring
we had new people and so
we had to learn the basics all over again.
but it was a little bit funn at the last part.
yesterdae, I went early to my cousins house
to bake cookies and cakes.
though I missed the baking of the cake.
I helped in the cookie baking
its peanut butter cookies.
we dumped the whole bottle of peanut butter
into the mixture because the recipe list said
one cup. but how the heck are we suppose to
measure one cup of peanut butter.
so we decided to dumpd the contents of the bottle in.
:) its nice though.

it has been a long time since I last blogged!
lots of thing have been going on..
the last time I posted was..
WELL, can't remember.

well,
our musical is next week
exams start next friday.
then it will stretch until

today, gloria and eve was absent from skol.

in the morning when

she had music exam,

and she went on talking so fast on one breath
cant remember wat she said..

we did BADMINTON

recess came and went with hazirah, june and michelle

veri long!
I have not blogged abt
the national day celebrations

so here goes:

it was a blast I am telling u
eve. u missed all the fun!
ok..
in the morning (woke up at 5)
ate breakfast
then pat and jaya came
we were talking on the way to skol
so funn..

then we reached skol.
almost everone was there
sasha was latehazel and sandra were oready there

we got ready and stuff
then suddenly it started to rain!
I was so happy
but jaya was sad!
she did not want it to rain
she said tat if it rained
all our hard training for the NDP
was all wasted!

I kind of agree with her
but I desperately wanted it to rain!
because the weather was so hot!
then when we tot that the thing was cancelled.
we were called back and
surprise surprise
the rain had stopped
hurmph

wanted it to go on and on and on
but it did not happen

nevermind abt that
anyyways
we had devotions
and since it was mondae
it was either mrs tan's
or mrs khoo's turn to do devotions
it was usually long!
we stood there like wat seemed like an hour
my hands were so uncomfortable in the gloves!
it was so hot
considering that it had just rained
I expected the weather to be much cooler
boy! was I wrong
it was super hot
my sweat kept trickling down my back

then we had the national anthem and stuff
then we had the national day sppech !
tat was incredibily long too!

then after that we were dismissed and

since I did not want to be in my uniform

yesterdae I went to the south division dae thing
we did absolutely nothing
we just sat there
and played a bit of catching

then my parents gave jaya a lift home
then we went to skol

but she hadn't finish
so we just went ahead and went to have lunch
at adam road

at around 4.30pm
gloria arrived
she came into my room
gloria : where's your guitar?

gloria : so big I also cannot see
then we burst out laughing

then brenda came along
she came looking all adultish
the clothes she wore look so office like
she looked like an adult

she kept on fretting about the creases on

then I went to change and got ready
asked my mum if we could go to orchard first
then she agreed cuz she was resting
so we left and we were debating

so we took bus 26
then in the bus joscelyn and gloria
gave me my b'dae present
then we reached toa payoh
and the MRT was packed
we all squeezed

we were again debating on where to get off
then we decided to alight at orchard
we walked and walked
supposed to meet denise at heeren
then me and brenda decided to walk
slowly behind gloria and joscelyn
to see if they noticed the sudden peacefulness
then we lost them
we crossed the road one side
they crossed the other side
that was so funn
then we waved at each other
dun forget we were at the other side of the road
then I noticed that the statues of the fantastic four movie
were gone
I panicked
I told denise to meet us at the human torch statue
then it was gone!
luckily she was there
gloria and joscelyn beat us
they reached there before us
they found denise and me and brenda were
stuck at the traaffic junction
denise gave me my pressie when she saw me
inside was gloria's stuff also
then I had to carry it for her
put it in my bag
had to carry all her stuff
cuz her bag was in my father's car
she just had to go and carry her skol bag
with lotz of stuff
personal assistant for the day
we went to take neoprints
very funn
the neoprint machines were wonderful
they were nicer that the ones at plaza singapura
we took twice
wanted to take more
but time was very rush
so we went to eat
at seoul garden
while we were waiting for our seats

then I was complaining

then we got our seats

then I went and fry it

and started drumming

when they went to get ice-cream
onli me and brenda at the table
we decided to do sumthing evil
we went to hide the sausages

when they came back
they were asking us where the sausages was
we said we threw it into the hole
then they looked
but couldn't find it
so they put in more

then soon after, we left
we went to walk around at kino
then we left
we dropped denise off first

then its home sweet home for me
when I got home,
I opened all my presents!
brenda gave me a nice little photo frame
denise gave me a pilot set
the gloria and joscelyn gave me a cd!

todae we were supposed to have a
liturature pop-quiz..
then we realised that the test was
in a form of cloze passage
ANDD we had oready done that
we did it during the time when
miss ren was our teacher
miss ren told us that the marks
wouldn't be included
anywayz I didn't do well in that
then mdm kong (the teacher)
said that she will collect the one that
that we did during miss ren's class
that was the one which did not do well in!
I onli had 14/30
if u do ur maths
it is considered FAIL
can u imagine that !!!
then she wanted to collect that
and take that marks as our test!!
that was so unfair!
then she asked to collect the papers
then some girls said that
they lost their paper...
then she said that they could take the test again
